Tender Ref: 2390 - The Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Automated Real-Time PCR Solution for the Detection of Enteric Pathogens

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of an automated real-time PCR solution for the detection of enteric pathogens directly from faecal samples. The laboratory currently processes approximately 3,000 tests for Salmonella / Shigella / Campylobacter / VTEC and 4,000 tests for Cl.difficile faecal samples per annum. The required solution will be procured on a ‘price per reportable test’ basis.
