The Consulate General intends to lease and fit-out an office space within a multi-storey building in Chicago. A Project Management company is required to assist the Consulate General in preparing a technical due diligence report of the preferred building, and the management of the fit-out project from the procurement of a design team and building contractor through the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery a completed office space.
