Credit Review intends to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of Multi-operator framework agreements for the provision of Credit Review services. The Credit Review Office provides an independent appeals mechanism for SME and farm borrowers who have had their applications for credit, or credit restructuring, refused reduced or withdrawn. Lotting Structure: Lot 1 –Credit Reviewers - General General Assistant Credit Reviewers Role Credit Reviewers carry out a review of the banks decision, to assess if the business is viable/will be able to repay the facilities sought, reports to the Credit Committee in the Office and makes recommendations as to whether credit should be provided. Reviewers must be experienced in credit/lending. Lot 2 –Credit Reviewers – Agricultural Sector Agricultural Credit Reviewers Role Credit Reviewers carry out a review of the banks decision on agricultural lending, to assess if the business is viable/will be able to repay the facilities sought, reports to the Credit Committee in the Office and makes recommendations as to whether credit should be provided. Reviewers must be experienced in credit/lending. Lot 3 - Senior Reviewers - Representation/Mediation Role From time to time, at the request of government departments and with the approval of the Department of Finance (DOF), Credit Review may be requested to mediate in relation to specific cases or specific credit issues. Senior Reviewers will carry out the investigative work and provide independent reports to Credit Review. The Senior Reviewers may be asked to represent Credit Review at events and other public fora. In addition, they may be required to assist with raising awareness of Credit Review services by for example presenting at seminars and workshops including but not restricted to SME groups. Senior Reviewers may also be requested to attend internal management and Credit Committee meetings as well as Process Review meetings with the banks.
