VEAT Notice - Supply, Maintenance, and Management of RSA Fleet

RSA intends to award a 3-year contract to Holden Plant Rental Ltd directly as competition is not possible for technical reasons (as per Article 32.2.(b)(ii) of the Directives). The scope of the contract comprises ongoing supply, maintenance and management of the RSA Fleet which consists of standard fleet cars; custom specification RSA Enforcement Vans; one custom specification RSA Check It Fits Van; custom specification RSA ADI Motorbikes; custom specification RSA Driver Testing Motorbikes; Fleet Transportation services on an ‘as required basis’; and Vehicle Hire services on an ‘as required’ basis for various vehicle types.
