In summary, the Goods comprise: The supply of Ballot Papers for Referendums and delivery of same to multiple locations in Ireland. There are currently 23 delivery locations, however the number of locations may vary over the term of the Contract. More than one referendum may be held on the same day. The largest number of referendums that have been held on one day is three in 1992, with a further one in November 1992 and this was the busiest year. The number of ballot papers at the last referendum was 3,980,000 For full requirements and specifications see Appendix 1. A further description of the Goods are set out in Appendix 1 of this RFT.
