UCC hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EC (open procedure) and is seeking the submission of Tenders with respect to Facilities Management Services using Term Maintenance Contract for 13 South Mall and Nr 1 Lapps Quay including 16 Parnell Place. 2.1 The deliverables are Facilities Management Services as per extract hereunder from Volume A Works Requirements. 2.2 University College Cork (UCC) has a lease on a property at 13 South Mall, Cork. The property is occupied by approx. 25 people from the College of Business & Law and comprises approx. 431 sqm. An FM contract is currently in place. University College Cork (UCC) has purchased Nr 1 Lapps Quay {the ex Cork Savings Bank} which includes the adjoining property 16 Parnell place and comprises approx. 1499 sqm. UCC are currently concluding a refurbishment and extension project in the building prior to opening as an Executive Education facility for UCC’s Cork University Business School – CUBS. No FM contract is currently in place. UCC require a Facilities Management {FM} company to provide the Full range of Facilities Management service in these buildings in accordance with the details in the tender documentation.
