Establishment of framework agreements for the provision of HR Support Services to RTB in two lots as follows: Lot 1: General HR Support services Lot 2: Personnel Placement services Candidates may only apply for one Lot In Lot 1, the RTB requires the services of a HR Specialist to provide a range of HR support services required in connection with all aspects of its role in delivering its statutory functions and objectives. This service to be provided on site at the RTB offices. In Lot 2, The provider(s) will work with the RTB to implement and deliver fair, transparent, objective, cost effective and time efficient recruitment, assessment, selection and placement processes for Administration, Executive, Middle and Senior Management level roles (permanent, fixed-term contract and temporary) that arise within the RTB over the duration of the framework.
