Short description

Establishment of framework agreements for the provision of HR Support Services to RTB in two lots as follows:
Lot 1: General HR Support services
Lot 2: Personnel Placement services
Candidates may only apply for one Lot
In Lot 1, the RTB requires the services of a HR Specialist to provide a range of HR support services required in connection with all aspects of its role in delivering its statutory functions and objectives. This service to be provided on site at the RTB offices.
In Lot 2, The provider(s) will work with the RTB to implement and deliver fair, transparent, objective, cost effective and time efficient recruitment, assessment, selection and placement processes for Administration, Executive, Middle and Senior Management level roles (permanent, fixed-term contract and temporary) that arise within the RTB over the duration of the framework.

Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority requires the services of a HR Specialist to provide a range of HR support services required in connection with all aspects of its role in delivering its statutory functions and objectives.
It is envisaged that this service will be based on c. 22.5 hours per week (3 x 7.5 hour days) and the HR Specialist will be required to operate out of the Contracting Authority’s offices for at least 22.5 hours per week (3 x 7.5 hour days).
The primary function of this HR Administrator / Officer will be to deliver services and transactional processing on-site.

Description of the procurement

The provider(s) will work with the Contracting Authority to implement and deliver fair, transparent, objective, cost effective and time efficient recruitment, assessment, selection and placement processes for Administration, Executive, Middle and Senior Management level roles (permanent, fixed-term contract and temporary) that arise within the Contracting Authority over the duration of the framework. This will include the sourcing, screening and short-listing of candidates to be brought forward for consideration for assessment/interview by the Contracting Authority, leading to the selection and placement of the most suitable candidate for each of the roles within the framework duration.
