Shannondoc #180413 SL.MF - LEASE HIRE WITH MAINTENANCE OF SUV FOR SHANNONDOC CLG

Shannondoc proposes to establish a single party framework agreement for the supply on lease hire with maintenance of four-wheel drive commercial SUV vehicles. The following vehicles are required to be delivered, as soon as possible and no later than 30th July 2018. Four off 4X4 commercial SUV vehicles for 3 year Lease Without prejudice, the annual kilometres per vehicle are not expected to exceed 40,000 kilometres per year. Full maintenance shall be included. All-weather tyres must be supplied and must be replaced free of charge when worn to the 1.6mm limit, regardless of the tyres mileage, age, reason or cause of the tyre wear. Tyres must be EU compliant and meet vehicle manufacture specifications. This cost must be built into your lease hire with maintenance cost as stated in the form of tender. The vehicle supplied to Shannondoc shall be kept fully taxed and tested by the Tenderer at no extra expense to Shannondoc. The tenderer shall be liable for any increases in costs of motor tax and the vehicle roadworthiness testing during the period of the lease.
