18/057 - Multi Supplier Framework for the provision of Capital Works to Ervia

The framework agreement will establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be established for a term of four years with the option to extend for a further one-year period at the sole discretion of Ervia. Ervia currently has a building estate comprising of over 20 office buildings nationally, ranging in size from 250 square metres to 5,000 square metres. This portfolio is expected to grow substantially as part of the transformation programme being undertaken as part of the Water Industry Operating Framework being rolled out by Irish Water. The building portfolio will then grow to include the following types of building: • Materials Depots / Waste Compounds / Stores / Transport Yards • Water and Wastewater Laboratories • Training centres • Welfare Facilities • Residential Properties • Ancillary Buildings to Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and Gas Installations For the scope of building works and services please refer to PQQ Document.
