Short description

The RSA is seeking tenders for the management, storage, distribution and merchandising of its road safety publications and high visibility items.
The scope of the Contract will involve, at a high level, the following;
• Storage of a wide variety of road safety publications and High Visibility Materials
• Distribution of the RSA Goods to multiple locations nationwide
• Merchandising of the RSA Goods in approximately 543 brochure display stands at locations all over Ireland
• Provision of an online ordering system to be accessed by the public through the RSA website
• Acceptance of orders online, by email and by phone from various organisations and members of the public for the RSA Goods
The contract is for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend the term for a period of up to 2 years with a maximum of 3 such extensions. Further info is available in the documents attached to this notice
