IÉ is seeking to engage external support for management and support services to administer the TMS NEC 3 Option C target cost contract. While the consultancy will provide project support services necessary to deliver this requirement. It is envisaged that the team will require expertise in the following disciplines: - Project Management of the NEC3 Option C target cost contract - Programme Management & Planning Scheduling - Contract/Commercial management/Quantity Surveying - Change Control Management - Project Accounts, budgeting & cost control - Risk Management - Design Management & Co-ordination - Collaborative Working Relationship facilitator - Admin staff - Document Control
