The Contracting Authority invites requests to participate from economic operators for appointment to a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of various works relating to refurbishment/upgrades of existing building, upgrade of roofs to existing buildings and sewage treatment upgrades.

Description of the procurement

The DPS will be divided into seven (7) categories as described below:
Category 1- Refurbishment / Upgrade of premises (Building works)- Up to €500,000
Category 2- Refurbishment / Upgrade of premises (Building works)- Between €500,000 & €1,500,000
Category 3- Upgrade of roofs to existing buildings- Up to €500,000
Category 4- Upgrade of roofs to existing buildings- Between €500,000 & €1,500,000
Category 5- Sewage Treatment Works- Up to €400,000
Category 6- Sewage Treatment Works (Design, Build & Operate) – Package Plants- Up to €400,000
Category 7- Sewage Treatment Works (Design, Build & Operate) - MEICA Plants- Up to €400,000
Candidates may apply for admission on one or more categories. The categories are further sub-divided into geographical locations.
