Short description

The RSA is seeking to establish a multi-party framework for the provision of learning and development services under the following lots:
• Lot 1 – Business and Personal Skills Training;
• Lot 2 – Project Management & Change Management Training;
• Lot 3 – Compliance Training;
• Lot 4 – IT Training;
• Lot 5 – Management Training;
Tenderers may bid for any/all of the lots. The framework will be established with the top 5 scoring Tenderers under each Lot (if such number exists following evaluation). All contracts awarded under the framework (if any) will be awarded via Mini Competition.
**The RSA intends to hold a tenderers' briefing in respect of this RFT on Thursday 12 March 2020 in Dublin, Ireland. Tenderer's wishing to attend must submit a message via the eTenders messaging facility no later than 12:00 Noon (Irish Local Time) on Tuesday 10 March 2020 confirming their interest in attending (see clause 4.6 of the RFT)**
