Short description

The RSA wishes to establish a multi-party framework in six Lots for provision of learning and development services (the Framework).
Tenderers may submit a Tender for one, more than one, or all of the Lots.
The Framework under each Lot will be established with the top 5 scoring Tenderers (if such number is available).
Following establishment of the Framework, all contracts awarded under the Framework (if any) will be awarded via Mini Competition pursuant to clause 5 of the Framework Agreement (attached to this notice as Appendix 7).
