Short description

The RSA previously published a concession notice seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of Training of CVR Test Operators and CVR Testers.
Following evaluation of tenders received, the RSA has since concluded a contract the details of which are set out in this notice.
Method used for calculating the estimated value of the concession:
estimated worth to successful tenderer who will deliver training and collect fees directly from course attendees.

Description of the procurement

The purpose of the training is to ensure that the CVR Testers can competently execute commercial vehicle tests in accordance with the procedures set out in the HCV, LCV and Tractor Vehicles Testers' Manuals; and CVR Operators are provided with sufficient guidance on the operation of their test centres.

Concession is awarded on the basis of  the criteria described below
  • Criterion:  Quality = 70%
  • Criterion:  Cost = 30%
