Short description
The RSA recently published a Contract Notice for the provision of Logistical Support Services for its Mobile Education Resources (StreetSmart and the RSA Interactive Shuttle).
On this occasion, the RSA is not proceeding to contract award stage owing to the fact that it has transpired that certain contractual obligations exist with the incumbent supplier which have an impact on the competition and would affect the contractual arrangements with a successful tenderer.
Having considered this carefully, the RSA has come to the view that it needs to collapse this competition and revise the RFT, addressing the said contractual obligations.
On this occasion, the RSA is not proceeding to contract award stage owing to the fact that it has transpired that certain contractual obligations exist with the incumbent supplier which have an impact on the competition and would affect the contractual arrangements with a successful tenderer.
