Short description

The RSA wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide logistical support services for its mobile education resources. StreetSmart and the RSA Interactive Shuttle are two such resources which are designed to bring road safety to life in a fun, interactive way.
In 2017, StreetSmart visited 51 venues across Ireland with 12,330 children taking part, while the Shuttle visited 150 events across Ireland, receiving approx. 120,000 visitors.
The Successful Tenderer will be responsible for providing a complete fleet solution including appropriately qualified drivers to transport the StreetSmart equipment and the Shuttle Trailer Unit to locations across Ireland. In addition, the drivers will be required to setup and dismantle the resources on site for each event.
It should be noted that the Shuttle Unit requires a tractor unit with a 950mm high king pin pick-up plate - more info provided in the attached documents.
