The RSA, which is the agency in Ireland responsible for reducing death and injuries on Irish roads is seeking a Contractor for the delivery of Review Services of the HCV Operator Risk Rating System – CVORI.
Further information on the CVORI system is available on https://www.cvrt.ie/en/Operator-Driver-Obligations/Pages/Risk-rating.aspx
The Successful Tenderer will be required to conduct an independent initial review of the CVORI system (the “Initial Review”). This is to be an all-encompassing review of the methodology and its practical application and implementation.
Subsequent reviews, envisaged to be of similar scope to the Initial Review may be requested by the Authority over the contract lifetime.
