Description of the procurement

The services to be provided as part of this Contract include but are not limited to:
•Deployment of the RSA owned Moodle instance (which is currently deployed in a third-party data-centre) on the RSA owned and maintained servers
•Migration of existing content and users from the current Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
•Design the aesthetic appearance and functionality (including exporting capabilities and reporting) of the VLE homepage and overall site layout
•System Maintenance, Patching and Support
•Maintenance of the Road Safety Authority’s Moodle Platform
•Maintaining and treating the RSA’s educational resources, to include past and future resources developed within the lifetime of this Contract
•Managing the learning content
•Managing the access to VLE and ensure security, as required
•Provide training to the RSA staff as and when required
