Short description

This Prior Information Notice is being published by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) for the purposes of informing potential service providers of the upcoming public competition for the provision of NCTS Monitoring and Supervisory Services in relation to the National Car Testing Service (NCTS).
The current Supervisory Services Contract is due to expire in mid-2017 and the tender process will seek to appoint a single service provider to lead on the delivery of these services.
Prior to the anticipated issue of a contract notice interested parties are invited to participate in a market sounding exercise in relation to the proposed NCTS Monitoring and Supervisory Services contract.
Please see attached document for further details.
This is not a call for competition and no proposals are being sought at this stage. The RSA expects to publish the RFT for the aforementioned services at the end of March 2017.

the Road Safety Authority (RSA) for the purpose of
