The jetty is currently used to off load / supply oil product to a tank farm. At present the tankfarm is only partially in use to provide an emergency supply of Diesel for the adjacent ESB Power station which is supplied from 2 No. Tanks (D1 and D2). To achieve a fully functioning facility for the off load of distillate products at the Jetty, it will be necessary to complete a comprehensive inspection of the Jetty. The inspection will include the provision of recommendations, and subsequent scopes of work, for remedial works at the Jetty to insure that the Jetty infrastructure and off load facilities meet current industry practices. NORA are seeking to engage suitable contractors to undertake contract works as follows. Initial contract will be for the Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Inspection of the Jetty structure and loading facilities. The contract will include the provision of scopes of work based on the recommended remedial works, which must be agreed to by the Client, from the inspection report(s).
