BE/SU/22/07/2015 - Supply and delivery of bearings for buses and coaches

The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the supply and delivery of bearings over a three year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. This tender is for the supply and delivery of ‘Bearings for use in the maintenance of Buses and Coaches’, on an ‘as required’ basis, with delivery to the Bus Éireann garages nationwide. The quoted cost of the product is to be inclusive of delivery. Product: In all cases, and for each vehicle type, the ‘Bearing’ products offered must be either genuine original equipment parts, or, equivalent parts that are no less than an exact equivalent to the original equipment parts, which would be supplied by the manufacturer of the vehicle type.
