Consultancy for the Maintenance, Support and Development of the HP (formerly Cardiff) Teleform Forms Processing System
• Maintenance and support of the Cardiff Teleform functionality including changes/ enhancements to existing Teleform templates and scripts; • The development and implementation of new correspondence templates and associated scripts using Cardiff Teleform software; • Support and maintenance of, and recommendations for, the optimisation of the Teleform scanning infrastructure and environments; • Knowledge and skills transfer to Department staff on the development and support of templates and of the Teleform infrastructure.
