Detailed description:

Fingal County Council invites tenders under the open procedure for the supply of Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Services for two landfills which are subject to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Industrial Emission Licences (IEL); Balleally Landfill (W0009-03) {Lot 1} and Dunsink Landfill (W0127-01) {Lot 2}. A separate separate proposal must be submitted for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2. If a Tenderer wishes to submit a Tender for Lots 1 & 2 combined (Described as Lot 3) within e-tenders, then the tenderer must also submit separate proposals for Lot 1 and Lot 2.

Lot 3 Request for Tenders for the provision of Consultancy Services at Balleally (Lot 1) and Dunsink (Lot 2) combined.

Awarded to Fehily Timoney and Company. A separate proposal must be submitted for tenderers wishing to tender for Lots 1 and 2 together. If a tenderer wishes to submit a tender for Lots 1 and 2 combined then the tenderer must also submit separate proposals for Lot 1 and Lot 2. This provides an opportunity for the Tenderer to demonstrate the costs that would apply where the granting of the two lots to a tenderer would result in efficiencies for the tenderer.
