Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council the contracting Authority proposes to establish and operate a Framework Agreement for Bituminous Pavement Contracts within the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Administrative Area. • Road Resurfacing using bituminous materials (asphaltic concrete, HRA, Clause 942) • Road Planing • Anti-skid Surfacing • Coloured Surfacing • Laying of Geo grids • Road Repairs / Patching • Road Markings • Ancillary Works e.g. footways, drainage & ironworks.
