Reference 2394 - Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Staffing Services

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint an employment agency to provide a range of employment-related services, including the provision of temporary agency staff. It is emphasised that the service delivered by the successful framework member will generally be governed by the European Directive on Temporary Agency Work (Directive 2008/104/EC), as transposed into Irish law by the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012. In the first instance, an initial contract of twelve months' duration will be awarded for the provision of Clerical Staff, Chefs, Registrars and Senior House Officers.
