This project relates to Phase 1 of the implementation of the proposed Martyr’s Road Regeneration Quarter Masterplan in Nenagh Co. Tipperary including: • Development of a Net Zero embodied carbon building to accommodate the Sustainable Energy Centre of Excellence [SECOE] Ireland, • Public Open Space and Public Realm Works • Road and street infrastructure improvement works including cycleways, pedestrian linkages and connectivity to the town centre, delivering a low carbon neighbourhood.
