This project relates to Phase 1 of the implementation of the proposed Martyr’s Road Regeneration Quarter Masterplan in Nenagh Co. Tipperary including:
• Development of a Net Zero embodied carbon building to accommodate the Sustainable Energy Centre of Excellence [SECOE] Ireland,
• Public Open Space and Public Realm Works
• Road and street infrastructure improvement works including cycleways, pedestrian linkages and connectivity to the town centre, delivering a low carbon neighbourhood.
The RFT is for an Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services for:
- ‘Sustainable Energy Centre of Excellence [SECOE] Ireland’ - a flagship Carbon Neutral and Energy Positive Building; and including
- A Transformational Town Centre Public Realm Project to Deliver a New Low Carbon Neighbourhood
