2019-002 - Framework Agreement Facilities Management Services - IPA

The Institute of Public Administration invites applications for consideration for provision of facilities management services at its two locations - Lansdowne Road and Clonskeagh. The services comprise: A. Facilities Management Service; B. Monitoring Management and Maintenance of Building System; C. Property Maintenance; D. Cleaning Services; E. Porter Services; F. Reception Services; G. Security Services; H. Kitchen Services coordination of catering services including serving tea, coffee and sandwiches; I. Additional Ad-Hoc Services as required over the life of the framework.
