Detailed description:

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multi -party framework agreement for a number of ICT Services. This tender is divided into 5 Lots Lot 1 – Technical Architecture Services Lot 2 – Business Analysis Services Lot 3 – Project Management Services Lot 4 – Software Development and Software Development Lead Services Lot 5 – Application and Business Systems Support Note: There is one Request for Tender Document which applies to all Lots. However each Lot has a separate response document. Tenderers must submit the correct document for the lot(s) applied for. If applying for more than one lot, a separate response document must be submitted for each individual lot. This advertisement also includes a first call for competition for both Lot 2 and Lot 4.
