Opera Phase 1 and Phase 2 - RFT for Integrated PM Team
The Client is seeking Project Management services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development. The PM Service will include the Cost Management, Employer's Representative, Assigned Certifier and PSDP under a single point responsibility appointment. The entire development is the subject of a planning application being made directly to An Bord Pleanala.
