Detailed description:

his is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of a Bus Hire Framework Agreement (the “Contract”). Irish Rail is to establish a Framework of suitably qualified, competent bus / coach operators to provide transport for both bus hire as alternate transport to complement rail services during planned works and in the event of unplanned rail disruption.
