ESS008C- RFT for the provision of Academic Dress & Related Services For Dublin City University
DCU Registry wishes to appoint an official provider of high-quality academic dress hire for DCU conferring.The selected provider will be required to operate an online pre-booking facility prior to each scheduled graduation. The provider will also be required to deliver an on-site collection and return facility for all parties from the day preceding each of the major graduation sessions and for the duration of the ceremony schedule. Arrangements for the collection/return of staff academic dress for other formal events of the University will be determined by the University in consultation with the provider in advance of the event.
