THR030F - RFT to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Temporary Agency Staff to SOLAS

The purpose of this Competition is to establish a national framework of suitably qualified Service Providers to provide temporary agency staff. Solas, the Training Authority, is seeking to establish a series of multi-supplier frameworks (minimum of three / maximum five participants) agreements for the professional specialist services outlined below. Each Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years. All framework participants will be subject to performance measurement and continuous improvement reviews throughout the period of each Framework Agreement. SOLAS require the services of suitably qualified service providers to supply agency personnel on a temporary basis and which could include personnel for specific programmes and short notice requirements
