Provision of 70 No. Rapid Delivery Housing units in Dublin City Council's admistrative area

Dublin City Council invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of 70 no. 2-storey rapid delivery housing units on three sites at Cherry Orchard - Ballyfermot, Woodbank Drive - Finglas, and Rathvilly Park - Finglas to include: (a) Design, Manufacture, Supply, Delivery of 70 units to site. (b) Site works including, but not restricted to: site preparation, foundations and ground floor slabs, site services and connections to utility services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping. (c) Erection /installation of the rapid delivery housing units on site. (d) Associated internal and external finishes and completions. Please refer to attached documentation for further detail.
