Oaklee Housing are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and resourced Contractors relating to the construction of houses at Tierney Street, Ardee, Co Louth. Interested parties are required to complete and return the attached prequalification questionnaire as part of a restriced tendering process. The objective of this contractor Pre-qualification tender is to shortlist suitable contractors to tender for the construction of the 2 x single storey group homes (1 x 4bed, 1 x 3bed) and associated works & services. .The successful candidates will be shortlisted and issued with the relevant invitation to tender and supporting tender documentation.
