This public procurement competition requires the undertaking of a baselining study covering the usage, resourcing and costs of ICT across a selection of Irish Public Service Bodies covering a wide range of activities including but not limited to management of hosting facilities, management of server and desktop environment and infrastructure, application development, service management and other aspects of ICT service delivery.
