OS004/003/001 - Provision of a Baselining Report on the Usage, Resourcing and Costs of ICT in selected Irish Public Service Bodies

This public procurement competition relates to the undertaking of a baselining study covering the Usage, Resourcing and Costs of ICT across a selection of Public Service Bodies. In general terms, provision of ICT services covers a wide range of activities including but not limited to management of hosting facilities, management of server and desktop environment and infrastructure, application development, service management and other aspects of ICT service delivery. While there are good examples of collaboration, Public Sector Bodies generally operate as independent entities with limited sharing of capabilities and resources, or undertaking of joint initiatives.
