Dublin City Council (DCC) in conjunction with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council proposes to establish and operate a Multi Party Framework Agreement with multiple operators for Carrying out Roadworks in a City and Suburban Environment within the Dublin City Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Administrative Areas. Contracts could vary from €0.5 to less than €5.0m (incl. VAT). Ten contractors were invited to tender for the Blackhorse Avenue - Section 2 Road Improvement Scheme. The tender documents indicated that a maximium of eight contractors would be admitted to the Framework Agreement. The following eight contractors are on the Framework: 1. Willis Bros Ltd. 2. Murphy International Ltd. 3. Actavo (Ireland) Ltd. 4. Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. 5. John Cradock Ltd. 6. Siac Construction Ltd. 7. KN Network Services (Ire) Ltd. 8. GMC Utilities Group Ltd. The Contract for the Blackhorse Avenue - Section 2 Road Improvement Scheme was awarded on the 23rd May 2016 to Actavo (Ireland) Ltd..
