Ten contractors were invited to tender for the Blackhorse Avenue - Section 2
Road Improvement Scheme. The tender documents indicated that a maximium of
eight contractors would be admitted to the Framework Agreement. The following
eight contractors are on the Framework:

2. Murphy International Ltd.
3. Actavo (Ireland) Ltd.
4. Clonmel Enterprises Ltd.
