Dublin City Council (DCC) in conjunction with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County
Council proposes to establish and operate a Multi Party Framework Agreement
with multiple operators for Carrying out Roadworks in a City and Suburban
Environment. Contracts could vary from €0.5 to less than €5.0m (incl. VAT).
Ten contractors were invited to tender for the Blackhorse Avenue - Section 2
Road Improvement Scheme. The tender documents indicated that a maximium of
eight contractors would be admitted to the Framework Agreement. The following
eight contractors are on the Framework:
