RCSI - Strategic Review of Nursing Governance

Dear Applicant,

The Faculty and School of Nursing in the Royal College of Surgeons invite you to review the Request for Tender attached to this notice. The objective of this RFT is to select an experienced service provider to undertake a review of the governance model for nursing education and research in RCSI, both in terms of high level processes and of the organisational structure. Service providers will be tendering for a single vender contract and the anticipated duration of the contract will be for a period of 6 weeks subject to regular reviews and satisfactory performance.  RCSI are not covered by the procurement directives as it is a private institution, however RCSI is advertising the opportunity using the public procurement model as the basis for award, strictly on a voluntary basis.

All tenderers are required to complete a detailed review of the scope and requirements contained within the document prior to submitting a response. Please note that only responses that score 70% or above in the following award criteria are considered as eligible for the award (Quality of the proposal which will demonstrate a clear understanding of requirements/ Demonstrated ability of the consultants proposed to undertake this assignment/ Price). Applications which outline tenderers' previous experience in the area of strategic governance in nursing education will be considered favourably.
