RCSI - Nursing Governance Review - RCSI - Strategic Review of Nursing Governance

The objective of this RFT is to select an experienced service provider to undertake a review of the governance model for nursing education and research in Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, both in terms of high level processes and of the organisational structure. Service providers will be tendering for a single vender contract and the anticipated duration of the contract will be for a period of 6 weeks subject to regular reviews and satisfactory performance. RCSI are not covered by the procurement directives as it is a private institution, however RCSI is advertising the opportunity using the public procurement model as the basis for award, strictly on a voluntary basis.
