To all tender respondents - please ensure that you have completed the following prior to returning your tender response:
- Section 3.3.1 - staff details and experience, health & safety compliance
- Appendix 2 - Pricing Schedule
- Appendix 3 - Tenderer's Statement
- Appendix 4 - ESPD (European Single Procurement Document)
- Evidence of Economic and Financial Standing attached (as per section 3.2.A) including financial accounts and tax clearance details
- Technical and Professional Ability Section completed (as per section 3.2.B)
- Health and Safety Compliance Confirmation (as per section 3.3.1)
- Note that Appendix 6 (Services Contract) and Appendix 7 (Confidentiality Agreement) are for information only and are only executed in the event that you are the winner of the tender.
- Your response should also include a Project Plan with indicative timelines.

A site visit, if required, to view the Contracting Authority’s site at Castlebar, Co. Mayo shall be organised on 22nd July 2021 between the hours of 10am and 3pm.
