Aerial Appliance Maintenance - Award of contract for the ongoing maintenance, repair servcing of Dublin Fire Brigade's aerial appliances

Dublin Fire Brigade intend entering into a contract with Emergency One UK for a four year period for the ongoing maintenance, repair and servicing of their aerial appliances. Emergency One UK Ltd. is the sole service partner authorised by Magirus GMBH, holding a signed Service Partner Contract for maintaining, servicing and conducting training on all of their product range within the UK and Irish market. Dublin Fire Brigade is invoking Article 32(b) (ii) of the EU Directives - The service can only be provided by a particular economic operator
