Dear Tenderers,
HIA requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to provide project management and design services for the preliminary design, design, tender, construction and handover phases of the fit of the HIA's new office in Beaux Lane. The successful tenderer will ensure that their personnel have all the necessary expertise and experience to ensure the project comes in on time and budget and also meets HIA’s goals for the project. The project manager is required to act as team lead throughout the project as per the tender documentation attached herein.
