Project Management and Design Services for the Fit-out of the HIA's new office in Beaux Lane

The Health Insurance Authority is seeking to enter into a contract for Project Management Led Design Team Services for their office relocation from Canal House, Canal Road, Dublin 6 to Beaux Lane House, Mercer Street Lower, Dublin 2. The service must be provided by suitably qualified and experienced professionals with expertise in Project Management and Design Services for the preliminary design, design, tender, construction and handover phases of the project. The successful tenderer will ensure that their personnel and the project team have all the necessary expertise and experience to ensure the project comes in on time and budget and also meets HIA’s goals and objectives. The Project Manager will be required to act as Team Lead throughout the project.
