Tipperary County Council are issuing an RFT for a project the aim of which is to prepare a Thurles Town Centre Renewal Strategy and also to prepare a Masterplan Design concept for the regeneration of the Friar Street/Croke Street and Castle Avenue Quarter.

Closing date for tender submissions is the 25th October, 2019 at 12 noon. Tender submissions should be submitted in electronic format via www.etenders.gov.ie only.
