Invitation to Tender for external support to undertake an Evaluation Study to Explore Factors Influencing the Use of and reduction in Coercive Treatments in Three Acute in-patient Mental Health Units in the Republic of Ireland, HSE 12987
Interested parties are asked to note that a similar requirement was previously published in March 2019 as Ref. HSE 11089, (etenders ID RFT 143969). The revised scope of the requirement in this Invitation to Tender allows flexibility in the approach and methodology proposed by Tenderers to meet the project deliverables.
HSE CHO 1 Mental Health Services invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to undertake a Research Study to Describe and Explore Factors Influencing the Use of and reduction in Coercive Treatments in Three Acute Approved Mental Health Units in the Republic of Ireland.
The Research Study is anticipated to commence in or as close as possible to 30th November 2019 and to conclude in May 2021
Tenderers should note that the maximum available budget is €64,500 (exclusive of VAT) Tenderers should note that HSE has a very limited budget available for this study, and seeks to achieve value for money. Tenderers must be cognisant of this budget when preparing their tender submission.
It is requested that service providers respond to this Invitation to Tender only if they are confident that they have both the level of expertise and the capacity within their organisation to meet the requirement of HSE within the available budget and timeframe.
