HSE 12987 - Evaluation Study to Explore Factors Influencing the Use of and Reduction in Coercive Treatments in three Acute in-patient Mental Health Units

HSE CHO 1 Mental Health Services invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to undertake a Research Study to Describe and Explore Factors Influencing the Use of and reduction in Coercive Treatments in Three Acute Approved Mental Health Units in the Republic of Ireland. The Research Study is anticipated to commence in or as close as possible to 30th November 2019 and to conclude in May 2021. Interested parties are asked to note that a similar requirement was previously published in March 2019 as Ref. HSE 11089, (etenders ID RFT 143969). The revised scope of the requirement in this Invitation to Tender allows flexibility in the approach and methodology proposed by Tenderers to meet the project deliverables.
